Terrible customer service, great toys. Our experience in summary was: 1. Got delivered the wrong toy 2. Refused to give the real toy 3. We thought about cancelling, but mistakes happen. We wrote a bad review. 4. Kiwi reached out, they cancelled our yearly subscription, and asked us to pay more than what we originally paid for a resub. 6. We told them to go themselves In summary: I cannot recommend giving money to this company, even if the toys are great - you just don’t treat people like this. Also: their comment is wrong, no refund for the toy, promotion was just whatever promotion was at the time. Avoid them. Support is gaslighting
