AVOID AT ALL COST
AVOID AT ALL COST I ordered some orthopedic trainers for the gym. I had the impression that the company was UK based to my big surprise they are in China. It took more than 20 days to receive the parcel. 2nd surprise the shoes were delivered in a plastic bag when I opened the bag the shoes were so tiny and could not fit I have ordered size 6 but they were size 4. I complained and requested a refund through paypal. They offered to do a partial refund. I refused and they asked me to destroy the shoes and send picfures to get a full refund. I did as requested and sent a photo. They have now stopped any communication with me and I have not received a refund. Please avoid they are scammers. I could give 0 star but no option for this.
