Awful company
Awful company. The hinge on my Samsung refrigerator broke and the door could not be opened. I ordered a replacement hinge and had it overnighted. Instead they sent me some part for a water line / ice maker and slapped a sticker on it that said it was the part I ordered (covering a sticker for the actual part number in the bag). I had to make 3 calls and 4 emails to get an RMA #. 4 weeks later, I got a refund that did not include the overnight shipping cost of $30. So to recap, they sent me the wrong part #. I had to order the part somewhere else. Then they wouldn't refund me the shipping cost. This company is a scam and their customer service is outsourced to Encompass which is absolutely awful. If you can find the part anywhere else, do that.
