Ordered a mounting bracket
Ordered a mounting bracket, and hardware to hang the microwave. I only received one bolt. Spent 45min getting pushed back and forth between Samsung and Samsung parts with no resolution. I paid $45 for one bolt and I still cant hang my microwave. Not sure how to get the hardware I paid for.

It’s been tough trying to find the correct part for my washer but the staff answered my email fast and with all the information I needed. They even gave me a link to the right part so I can purchase. Even after I had questions or comments I was able to message staff via my first email and still get answers. The customer service is amazing.
