Deciding what to block is truly inconvenient. Very ungainly. Should buy the technology from IMP. THAT WAS A MUCH BETTER SYSTEM.

Unimpressive customer service

It took five months before my email was answered which took at least two more emails. When I was finally offered a replacement at a discount as the warranty had finally ran its course, it was then cancelled because there were none in stock. Not impressed with the customer service. I had issues for at least 6 months and after checking everything else, it took a while to figure out that it was the product that was causing the issue then my original email was not answered.

Hello Bonnie ... Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We apologize for the delay in responding to your original enquiry and understand how frustrating that must have been, especially while you were trying to determine the cause of the issue. After reviewing your case, it appears the call blocker was originally purchased in 2023 and the reported problem involved your mother's number being blocked. In many cases, this can be resolved by unblocking the number directly on the unit using the following dial-tone code, which is also included in the user guide: **6# (wait for beep) [enter number to unblock]# (wait for beep) As the device was outside its warranty period, we offered a discounted upgrade to a newer model. Unfortunately, there were difficulties processing shipment to Canada from our US warehouse. While shipping to Canada is possible, it can sometimes be costly and take considerably longer than domestic deliveries. We appreciate that this situation did not meet your expectations. If you would still like to discuss a replacement device, please contact our support team again and we will do our best to explore the available options. Alternatively, we recommend trying the unblock procedure above if you have not already done so. Thank you for your feedback, as it helps us improve both our support and communication processes.

Our Call Blocker is designed to actively reduce nuisance and marketing calls for thousands of users, with performance improving based on how it is used. For best results, Caller ID should be enabled so the device can accurately identify incoming calls. Using the red “BLOCK NOW” button helps the system quickly learn and strengthen future blocking. Additional control is available through programmable codes, including the option to block entire area codes for more targeted protection. With the right configuration, the device becomes increasingly effective at stopping unwanted calls. Give us a call or email and we can help you get the best out of it.

Easy to install and had stopped most calls

Easy to install and use. Blocked a large number of calls right at the start. Getting 25-30 calls before installing, reduced to 5 to 8. However, once family wasn't around to instantly block calls getting through, the calls increased up again. Certainly not to the 25/ day but 5-6 around both lunch and dinner times. We're continuing to reinforce not answering every call unless a known name appears. But overall, a good product that has drastically diminished calls.

Thank you for your review! We’re so pleased to hear the Call Blocker made an immediate difference and helped cut those daily calls right down. You’re absolutely right, unanswered nuisance callers often get the message eventually (they can be persistent little creatures!). Glad it’s bringing more peace and quiet overall, and thank you for sharing your experience.

Tamed the scammers and spammers! No more unwanted calls!

Both my mother and mother-in-law were getting in excess of 50 scam/spam calls a day. I purchased the V10000 model and programmed in allowed numbers on the white list. The resulting peace and quiet is heavenly! The company was expeditious in returning answers to my emails as well. Very pleased! Thank you CPR!!

Thank you for your great feedback! We’re delighted to hear the V10000 has helped stop the scam and spam calls and brought peace and quiet back to your family. It’s also great to know our support team responded quickly and helped when needed. Thanks for choosing CPR and for your kind words!

I am not seeing any significant drop in…

I am not seeing any significant drop in the number of unwanted calls, so the 100,000 preloaded blocked numbers must not be the numbers calling. As far as the additional blocked numbers by hitting the block button, I don't think my elderly in-laws are using it or it simply is not working to block calls. The CPR Call Blocker hasn't been working to block the 20 calls per day.

Reply from CPR Call Blocker USA2026-04-23

Hi there, thanks for your feedback. Sorry to hear you’re still getting a high number of calls. The preloaded list won’t catch everything as many nuisance callers change numbers, but we’d be happy to help check your setup and make sure the blocking feature is working properly for you. Please contact our support team so we can assist further.

The product does not work properly

The product does not work properly. It seizes my phone line and prevents incoming and outgoing calls. I requested information to return 17 days ago. I have emailed and called with no response. I chatted with a representative 4 days ago and she diagnosed the problem. She created a ticket for the support team and "elevated the issue in their queue." I still have not been contacted for resolution. Do not buy from this company.

Hi, thanks for your feedback and we’re very sorry for the trouble you’ve experienced. This is not the service we aim to provide, especially with the delays and phone line issues you’ve described. We understand how frustrating this must be. Please contact our support team with your ticket number so we can urgently review and resolve this for you.

Helpful

The red block button works well for my Mom who has Alzheimer’s. I did not give it 5 stars because I had hoped it would block more of the calls automatically.

Reply from CPR Call Blocker USA2026-03-31

Thank you so much for your kind review! We're really glad the red block button is helping your mom. You can also manage calls more effectively by adding unwanted area codes or prefixes (like the first 6 digits) into the block list. This lets the device automatically block most nuisance calls from those regions without needing to press the red button every time. It gives you a nice semi-automatic layer of control.

Love the CPR Call blocker

Loved the quick delivery. The CPR Call Blocker is an amazing product. We were getting bombarded with 6 to 8 spam calls every day. In less than 2'weeks we blocked 35 spam numbers. I love this product.

Reply from CPR Call Blocker USA2026-03-27

Thank you so much! We're thrilled you're loving your Call Blocker and that it's already stopped all those spam calls for you. Thanks for the kind words.

Got box in timely fashion

Got box in timely fashion. Block button has added 127 numbers. The preloaded must be for a different region. After manually blocking 127 numbers, medicare scammers are slowing down.

Reply from CPR Call Blocker USA2026-03-19

We're delighted your call blocker arrived quickly and that you've already blocked 127 numbers with the handy Block button - that's awesome! You can easily manually block specific area codes or international numbers too if needed. It's great to hear the Medicare scammers are finally slowing down.

It works but has annoying problems

It works. Set up is remarkably easy. I set it to allow only certain numbers and it blocks all other numbers. BUT, when a blocked number calls, the phone rings once. It’s super annoying having it ring once 30 times a day, but it’s better than ringing several times or having to answer a scam call. Also, allowed numbers cannot be added manually. I tried. The instructions say to dial the number then press the “allow” button. That dials the number, and does not let you add the number to the allow list. To add a number to the allow list, that number has to call, then the number can be added from the call history list. It works, but every number you want to allow has to call first. With a few design improvements, this would be an excellent product. But as it is, it’s average. The call blocker is plugged into the main phone line.

Reply from CPR Call Blocker USA2026-03-18

Thank you for your feedback. We're thrilled the CPR V10000 is successfully blocking unwanted calls for you. For the single ring on blocked numbers, it's best to plug the call blocker directly into the main phone line (not an extension socket) this often eliminates or reduces that quick ring. We appreciate your notes on the Allow List too. Enjoy your much quieter phone!

It is so nice to have the quiet!

It is so nice to have the quiet associated with having a call blocker and it is a pure joy to manually block a number when it hasn't been blocked previously. It is somewhat confusing to figure out how to wire the call blocker to our particular landline. I found that the configuration that worked for our system was not the one I would have thought. If your system is not working properly, I suggest you go through all the possible wiring configuration until you find the one that works for your system.

Reply from CPR Call Blocker USA2026-03-13

Thank you for the great review! We're thrilled the CPR Call Blocker is giving you that peaceful quiet and the joy of manually blocking calls. Thanks for the helpful wiring tip - landline setups vary, so trying the different configurations (series or parallel) is spot-on advice. Our guides cover both to make it easier.

Spammers are using random or local numbers

Spammers are using random or local numbers so blocking by number stops that specific number, but not the next fake one. Even prefixes are always different. So I always have to observe caller id and hit Block button. Rather useless for me.

Reply from CPR Call Blocker USA2026-03-09

Hi Ken, thanks for the honest feedback! You're spot on. Spoofed local/random numbers make single-number blocking tricky, and having to manually hit Block each time can feel frustrating. The good news is the big red "Block Now" button makes it super quick, and the device already auto-blocks thousands of known scam numbers right out of the box. As you block the sneaky ones, your personal list grows, and most users see a big drop in calls (often 60-90%) within a week or two. Our models also let you block entire prefixes or area codes to knock out batches at once. Thanks for sticking with it. We're all fighting the spam together! If you need tips, we're here.

still getting about 25 calls a day
