My wife works from so when we go camping signal is important. I had to adjust the antenna and add another extension but in the end she could use her camera for meetings instead of voice only. We went from one bar to two bars consistently with an occasional three bars. Wasn’t a perfect setup but far better than without it.

Extending Wifi on 52 acer property.
Great response time from ordering to getting the item on site in under 48 hours. As for the telescopic mast itself, well built, very sturdy and easy set up, and most importantly it keeps me off the roof of the house. this mast was a much needed item for extending the WiFi on our property.
Hare-brained customer service "supervisor" makes the dog's breakfast out of a simple task
There's not a thing wrong with the equipment, but there's an alleged "supervisor" in customer service that needs to be sent out to brush the dust off sagebrush somewhere. This individual tried to tell me that there was no omnidirectional inside antenna which could replace the directional antenna in the original scope of delivery. After disconnecting from her, I found the correct omni antenna on the site and ordered it. The antenna was promptly delivered and immediately put into service, and has worked flawlessly since. This "supervisor" made vague references to unidentified FCC regulations that supposedly prohibited the use of the omni antenna. This individual is doing Wilson no good whatsoever.

I've been using a Wilson cellular booster for about 12 years and it is awesome. Worked so well I forgot how good it was till we had a power surge that fried my amplifier. We went from flawless cellular service to not being able to make or receive calls in the house. I called Wilson Amplifier and my guy James worked with me and went out of his way to be helpful. Can't brag enough on Wilson (Weboost) or James. Both products and service has been awesome. Took me from zero bars to 3 bars of 5G in my basement!! Getting 4 bars upstairs. If I had 2 more thumbs I'd give it 4 thumbs up! Special thanks to my sweet James!!!! 👍👍👍👍😁

I work on my laptop doing telecom and electric company outside plant engineering and need constant cell coverage for my computer. I live and work in KY and I am mostly in rural areas of each county where cell coverage is weak at best. The Weboost cell signal booster and Wilson antenna has given me the much needed extra signal that I need to work. I would certainly recommend these 2 pieces of equipment for anyone in a weak signal area. Well worth the money for me.

Stay far away from this company!
Stay far away from this company. Wilsonamplifiers.com, also known as Silk Worldwide, is refusing to refund my money. I placed 2 orders for RG11 cable from them. I cancelled both orders because I was starting to feel very uncomfortable doing business with them. This Caleb Riesman who is only a tech support specialist, runs the whole company, and was asking questions that were none of his business so I decided to cancel all of my orders. It has now been 4 days and still no refund. This company is a scam - quick to charge your card but WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. Also, they are either slow to ship or not ship at all. If you must have these cables, order them from Waveform. But keep in mind they are out in Irvine, CA and are merely drop shippers… Waveform does not have these cables in their company. They have “wilsonamplifiers.com” ship them for you. Wilsonamplifiers.com AKA Silk Worldwide either will not ship your order or you DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. I had to file a chargeback against them. It was my only recourse. This Caleb Riesman was making grandiose statements about how he would give my credit card company and the Federal Trade Commission and any organization all my information. This company is a fraud. Stay away.

Worked great, now I have service in my metal shop. Hopefully last longer than OEM. Webboost has very poor connections. They have all failed. Luckily I can get replacements here.
