Great customer service and it was…
Great customer service and it was pretty easy to install. Haven’t had a chance to really test it out, but booster works on enhancing existing signal.
EXCELLENT Product!
This is the fifth Wilson Amplifier system we have bought, for various applications/locations. This particular one is for a jobsite trailer (metal container), which has almost no reception inside. We would have to go outside to make phone calls or upload/download data. With this very simple system, we have four bars and all is right with the world! I already do recommend your products to everyone, and will continue to do so.
We still have only one bar on phone
This company (Wilson amplifiers).respect the warranty and not try to make excuses or is nothing wrong I like that
The attention and information they give me and him try to help me at all time

Show me the worst customer service i've ever seen.I guess once they have their money they don't really care when they've done something..... Like selling me in an antenna, sending me everything. I need except for the mount. And then, when I called, who asked after 3 and a 1 days of waiting, I gave up Let's start with the punishment that the ravens could face with these team
Poor customer service.
Went from 0to 1 bar to 3 bar’s reception!
Worked great!
I installed this in my shop office
I installed this in my shop office and it has greatly improved my cell phone signal. Best I can tell from the (imprecise) cell signal strength, it is 1000 times stronger signal than before and my calls have stopped having glitches.
Been 3 weeks no amplifier
Been 3 weeks no amplifier. Called 3 times, emailed twice chatted once, got no answer when it would arrive. Finally got a call from someone who I could hardly understand saying it was on the way. That was 2 days ago.
Great product

Bought this for cabin in woods in middle of nowhere. Would have 1 bar 4g or no bars at all and now have 3-5 bars and 5g! Awesome.
Tech Support
Tried to find out what would be the max antenna cable extension attached to the 12 inch external antenna for the drive reach unit to keep from losing too much signal. I never received a exact answer. I was told what extension lengths they had available.

Waited a week after I ordered something, charged me, still had not shipped. After calling 2 times for no one to call me back, messaging off the website and I sent an email. Someone finally messaged me back via email just to tell me what I ordered wasn’t available anymore. Still have not gotten my refund.
Very poor experience
Very poor experience. We wanted to buy a router through Affirm but never got a clear answer whether you actually have it in stock or support eSIM version. No reply to our messages. Completely disappointed.
Shipped out fast
Shipped out fast, good price on the refurbished booster.
You do great
You do great! I haven’t had any complaints so far, every time I have called for something for something they have helped me!
Should have done it long ago.
Kit included ample coax for outside antenna as well as inside antenna. The mount for the booster base is very nice as well. Very impressed with signal boost, from one to four bars on cell phone.
A product that exceeds its promise
A well made product (this one replaces an older Wilson 4G repeater that's worked well) and a particularly useful app. The feature that points to the strongest tower signal to facilitate aiming the outdoor antenna is great.
Had a little mixup with the order
Had a little mixup with the order, but the gal on the phone was more than willing to help and took care of all my problems. Product seems to work. We only tried it once, but it makes a good difference.
