The technician who came to my home was very knowledgeable as well as professional, efficient, and thorough. The product has worked out great and I went from having a very poor and spotty signal to a consistently solid to strong signal throughout my home.

I ordered on 12/19, my payment cleared 12/20, it is now the new year, and not only have I not received my product, but it hasn't even shipped. I should have ordered direct from the manufacturer. You suck.
Had an ancient model that slowly went…
Had an ancient model that slowly went out then finally stopped working. New kit was easy to install with the help of our bucket truck, might be challenging on a ladder. Barely had enough wire to make it from the top of the 20ft poll around the corner of the house to the amplifier inside. With an extra 3ft would have plenty. Service is great. Amplifier does get quite hot though so I’m curious how long it will last.

Good product, terrible installation experience.
I received my booster from WilsonAmplifiers in less than 10 days. Unfortunately, the company that you recommended that I use for the installation as awful. In addition to totally missing the first two appointments that they set, the person that installed it left the area a mess, and left wires literally hanging in the room. Terrible.
Boost in dBm value, but not adequate for personal hot spot
Transaction was satisfactory. Item shipped promptly & was packaged well. Trying for best reach to nearest tower, installation on a mast pole was time consuming. Wiring was simple to connect all equipment. Booster is an improvement for rural area with limited (1-2 bar) cellular service. Apps do actually load, others load quicker. As examples: weather app can find location and load, email messages all download, calls don't break up, etc. Checking dBm values with and without boost were inconsistent, which was confusing. But values did show improvement with the boost. Bars of cellular service did not change. The dBm improvements in value (from Poor to Good/Excellent) did not translate equally to reality while using cellphone. Also, unit does not boost signal well enough to use cellphone connection as a personal hot spot effectively. So, from that perspective unit does not completely meet expectations for the location.
Antenna purchase
Was delivered in a quick and timely fashion. It works well and has significantly improved the quality of reception and ability to use the internet. Used in rural MI, would recommend!

After speaking with a customer service rep I ordered a hardwire 12v power supply for our cabin. We have the home multiroom system and so far the 12v system seems to be working great.
