My original booster failed

My original booster failed. Customer service sent a replacement under the warranty and it now gives us cell coverage in our remote home again. They were easy to work with to get what I needed.

New FCC Requirement

Wilson's Agent Emilio Bardales was of great help resolving my phone stopped working at home in February. Underlying it all - Federal Commuications Commission newly required cellular signal amplifiers, such as mine I installed in 2016, to be registered with FCC. I upgraded my 3G-4G booster that had worked very well from 2016.

What made a great experience for was the extra lengths that the sales rep went to help when I had problems with the products. From broken pieces to expediently shipping out replacements, there was never any difficulty. This made a huge impression.

Was concerned about spending all the money on a booster. But, with running a small business in a metal building with no reception ( 0 bars) I had no other option. Went from no signal to able to have almost 3-4 bars and can talk on my phone without rushing outside so the phone signal isn’t lost.

Poor Product and Poor Customer Service!

Purchased a cell phone booster....Did NOT work. Wilson Amplifiers refused to refund.....they gave us the runaround and told us we needed to contact the maker....the maker told us we needed to contact Wilson Amplifiers. I went back and fourth several times between the two and then I was told after a couple weeks of trying to get it resolved that I was past the deadline. Really??? Seriously?? I was not past the deadline when I started! What a joke! We will never purchase from them again nor will we ever recommend them to anyone! Companies should be careful who they try to cheat....they don't know who might have a big social media presence and who might be able to recommend or to NOT recommend a certain product or company to their followers, people who visit their website, etc.. If a company can't stand behind what they sell, they should not be in business. It seems that more and more companies are becoming more and more dishonest. I see other people had a problem getting a refund......Eventually it will catch up with them.

Dont waste your money!

Do not buy any of the booster products. The warranty isn't worth the paper its printed on. Wilson wont refund for the product that I've had for months and used it for about 3 weeks. I wouldn't recommend purchasing one of these products to anyone.

I purchased a Wilson Amplifier with installation on 11/09/23. It arrived in a timely manner and I scheduled installation through the information they provided. When the technician arrived to install the amplifier, he was not able to find any location (and he tried several places on the roof) that increased my cell signal reception beyond what is was without the amplifier. That was unfortunate as I had hoped for a better signal, but perhaps not the fault of the amplifier. However, the biggest reason for my 1 star rating (and I would give zero stars if possible) is the problems I have faced trying to get my refund since then. I contacted customer service 11/16/23 to arrange a return. The email with directions stated it would take 7-10 business days after they received the amplifier back for the refund to process. I was also told when on the phone with customer service that I would be refunded for the cost of return shipping. It cost me $151.36 to ship it back via UPS. They received the amplifier back on 11/30/23 per the tracking from UPS. It is now 1/2/24 and I have not received a refund for the amplifier ($1390.99) or the return shipping costs ($151.36). Even considering the holidays, it is far past the 7-10 business days they stated, and I am still owed $1,542.35. My recommendation: Do NOT order from this company! If the device does not work for you, getting your money refunded will be a struggle.

Website Full of Inaccuracies and Confusion.....

I have ordered and just received a We Boost Drive Reach RV. Initial testing looks promising, but my main use will be in the summer. My review is based solely on the web site, and chat experiences. The web site is full of errors, making product selection difficult. Case in point is the Drive Reach RV. The "what's included" pictures are different than what is contained in the online manual. So you don't know what you are actually going to get when you open the box. I am referring to the mounting brackets (claps onto ladder-pipe) and other bits. Then to try to confirm what was included, I engaged with the online chat, and the tech advised that they were would not be included. I was pleasantly surprised to open the box, and find the mounting bracket in the box, (yay)!! But this is contrast to what the tech told me, and what the website says is included. Next up, the part numbers for the individual components is confusing. The Drive Reach and Drive OTR have the same external antenna, but show different part numbers. So the shopper is left wondering what is different, and which one is better. When they are the same, (except for some mounting bits, OR because they are part of a different model (OTR vs RV)). So in the end, I spent waaay too much time, trying to figure out what to buy, owing to inconsistent information on the web site, techs providing wrong info, and part numbers that make comparison difficult. I hope that the product functionality makes up for these glaring shortcomings on the web site.

Deceptive website on returns

States on website 30 day guarantee, and 7-10 on return of funds once they get item, Our item, Antenna, was no better then what came with system thus the request of refund. Buyer pays for return shipping. The day we received it we requested to return it, it took them about 3 days to get RMA and an email that states you have 14 days to return (not the 30 as stated on website), 15 days after they received item, still no refund, now they said due to July 4th holiday it can take up to 30 for refund (not the 7-10 days stated on their website).
