They make great quality products. I have Drive Reach in my RV and it has made all the difference with streaming. A rock solid product. I have Office 200 in my home. I am still working out antenna placement. I have a home on each side of me that is higher and both with trees in the way. I have got an acceptable 5G signal but of course before I call it done, I want the best possible signal.

For starters, customer service is pretty bad, it took almost 4 weeks to receive my product. With them all hooked up and said, and ready completed all the troubleshooting. It still isn’t worth a damn. I literally spent a couple hundred dollars on wires and a little blinks light.
I received excellent technical support while replacing a Yagi antenna that was hit by lightning. The customer support rep was both patient and knowledgeable!
Although the customer service person I spoke to acted as though he was listening, they made mistake upon mistake while trying to fix their original mistake. They seem to not be capable of paying any attention to details

My order has been processed and I checked "2-day shipment". All information appeared as if I would receive it within the week. I did not receive it. I wrote customer support and received no response. I called customer support and they told me it was back-ordered "2-3 weeks". This has been a bad experiences where some proactive communication would have helped.
The cell booster works as advertised. Our signal went from 1 bar to 3 bars and now consistently get a solid fast connection.
I ordered a refurbished cell booster for my vehicle with 2-day shipping. I received confirmation of the order immediately, and my credit card was billed. The status of my order remained”awaiting shipping” for several days. As this was a time-sensitive order, I contacted customer support and received a message that it would ship that day. 4 days later, the status hadn’t changed. I called customer support and was told that the equipment was not available for an extended time. I canceled the order. It took about 10 days for my card to be credited for the refund. I won’t use this company in the future.
The help over the chat helped me determine my needs and he added a part I needed to make it all work that I wasn’t even aware of. He was a great access
We used a Wilson amplifier for years but never had the 5G model. We recently started using it And it provides us all the 5G signal that we need for our rural location. Wish we would have switched to this 5G model sooner

With my CRM program, Jobber. It does not work on a weak 1 bar signal. I bought a Wilson amp, which is pricey, yes. But the results are worth the pricy cost. The program won't load. I tried a couple of times, but nothing. I turn on the Wilson booster, and boom, the program loads effortlessly. Way to go, Wilson Boosters.
