Support fails to respond in promised timescales
Zoho is affordable and generally worked well, with good guidance on setting up features etc. The problem I have had is that after outbound mail was blocked for reasons unknown, I have been chasing a support response for a couple of weeks to no avail. Every time I speak to chat they promise they have escalated my request and that I'll receive a response within 24 hours. Every time they don't respond and I have to chase. I can't accept this timescale for business critical email so will need to move providers.
