My £60 Wellingtons ..
My £60 Wellingtons that I bought in November2025 sprang a leak in early March 2026. I was disappointed that they had only lasted 4 months. I called Customer Service and spoke to Michelle who was extremely helpful. She sent me a label to return the leaky boots and put in an order for another pair to be sent to me. The new pair arrived today so I am very pleased with the service I received from Michelle who could not have been more pleasant. Thank you Michelle and Joules! Alison de Candole
