Spam email no delivery
A few days after placing my order I got an email from DPD which was obviously a spam. It said they couldn't deliver as my address was not registered. They needed more details from me, why? My order contained all the necessary information. Order was paid by PayPal. Tomorrow I will ask my bank to cancel this payment if I Don't get a satisfactory answer to where is my order. I have now received a reply from Ouku and they have now offered me a refund I have amended my rating slightly and if I receive item or refund will amend more.
