Bad Experience and lost my account
Such a bad move to let someone who did fraud get a free account by submitting ticket and just put "account not working at all". Even though i prove everything that account is working properly with date and time no crop screenshot they still let the user win. I lost my account and my money on that and the one who did get it for free. Please be wise next time to decide who will win in a case. This is not nice experience for me.
