Rate based on their credit cards, service are the worst among all banks. They will not entertained on the late waiver regardless 1st time or multiple time. For cancellations, they are swift and no intention of customers retention. Lucky I got no loan, instalment or outstanding so can cancel and use alternative. For those considering loans or instalment, seek other banks. OCBC services are better for me and the cherish their customers. Looking at the reviews, please go thru as many also have same experience before signing up with dbs or posb.
