OUKU, (gb) disappointing purchase experience
Purchased a mens 'winter parker jacket, cotton hooded shirt. What turned up from this Company was disappointing, the patern / wasn't close enough to the website picture, and the construction won't keep an English winter at bay as it's more a lined shirt than a jacket ... There was little, (gb) about the end to end process, other than the website in English is slick. Delivery to the UK wasn't indicated as being from China, and as such was way too slow. Pricing for a jacket, was too good to be true - and of course ultimately was ! The website sizing chart was fairly accurate, though. We wife tried hard to say the item looked good, but was as clearly as dissapointed as me; and suggested we walk instead into our local SuperDry Store. Having read through the negative Company reviews, (& see some clearly fake ones) I see that returning this, (as not as described) isn't going to be worth the cost or effort, so will put it in a charity bin. :(
