THEY DO NOT DISCLOSE THEIR FEE until you go to pay and it is presented like a deposit. It is not. It is a fee on top of whatever price you agree to pay. For a $680 delivery the fee was $190. Within seconds I realized this and asked for a refund and they refused. They also cancelled my booking when I explicitly said not to so that the shipper could not cancel on their end in which case I could have gotten my money back. But because they cancelled it before they could, now I I am out $180. All I was trying to do we get my dog home after putting my other dog to sleep after 16 years. These people are scammers and horrible customer service. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM. This has nothing to do with any of the independent service providers on the site, only the actual site it’s self.
