Order received but no customer support and questionable origin of the products.
My glowstone rings should be shipped in 2-4 weeks. When I noticed nothing is happening with order after 4 weeks I tried to contact them but no answer. Received aprox in 7 weeks. I order within the promotion 1+1free+1 mystery ring. The mystery ring came in as just the simpliest pice of metal ring. The custom glowstone ring have just a dimm glow even when I choosed to add more glow powder also it glows more greenish than aqua. Oposite to that the winters howl ring I got for free glows nicely and looks exactly as on website. They added some free necklage to my order but not a single thing says what is it made of. I would say the products are good but IT IS MISSING THE STORY which I thought I would get by ordering from PAD - not even single paper included with some description of used materials. Also it was transported via China airline so it makes me question the true country of origin.
