They delivered my package quickly even though they were delayed a few hours. What I don't like is that you cannot choose a day for delivery it is chosen for you and I'm not always home on those days. I'm also not sure if they will dial my apartment number so I always wait downstairs in my building. What I did like was that I could call them and find out where my package was in the queue so that I didn't have to wait around for hours. I called four times and three of the agents I spoke to gave correct information. Only one of them was not so competent but they were all very nice and polite.
