I ordered a manual - issues with availability - but sorted out with full refund
I ordered a manual - but unfortunately they were unable to supply it - because of a change by the manufacturer. However - they then refunded me with out me querying anything - so I believe that shows they are an honourable company that will serve you well - hence the perhaps suprising five stars. Cheers.
