I would not recommend buying from Magal Jewelry. The biggest issue isn’t even the jewelry—it’s the complete lack of customer service. Emails either go unanswered for days (or weeks) or are ignored altogether. When someone finally does respond, the replies are generic, unhelpful, and do nothing to resolve the problem. To make matters worse, their website has been down for an extended period of time, making it impossible to access basic information or feel confident that the company is even operating normally. For a business selling fine jewelry, that’s unacceptable. After reading other recent reviews, it appears my experience is far from unique. Many customers report the same pattern of poor communication, delayed responses, and difficulty getting help. (Trustpilot) When you’re spending hundreds of dollars on jewelry, you expect professionalism, transparency, and responsive customer service. Magal Jewelry delivered none of those.
