Customer service is horrible
Customer service is horrible, irresponsible and a joke. No one is answering From CS, and keep getting transferred. If you are not in the business seriously, dont take us your customers as a joke, transferring us to a line no one is there to answer. I am working from the bank, and documents are very important. My parcel did not reach customer and it is crucial to find out what happened to the parcel. PDPA ! I will report to my management, hopefully they will stop using Citylink in the whole bank.
