Zoomconvert acting illegally?
I believe this company to be acting illegally. I believed I was visiting their site for a one off conversion at a cost of .90p. I then after 7 days was charged a monthly charge of £39.99, which they refuse to return. Any company according to the Digital Markets , Competition and Consumers act, who hide their subscription charge in their Terms and Conditions is guilty of "Substrap". I have e-mailed Martin Lewis and advise anyone else caught by this company to do likewise, as if enough people write, it could well be exposed on his programme. You need to give your name and telephone number, in the email. Zoomconvert in my opinion is a disgrace.
