I have purchased a Umidigi S5 Pro back in Sept 2020 the phone had no 4G LTE right out of the box, I tried to get it returned to the official Umidigi store for my money back or to get it fixed or traded in for a new phone, no way no how, Aliexpress ruled in my favor but they said I agreed to a partial refund "I did not" and after that they will not respond at all, Umidigi will not respond or try to fix the issue. I have 2 other Umidigi products that work well but there customer service is just not there or anywhere, so buyer beware
