Product was great, the purchase experience was bad
I ordered a Hag Capisco footring from ergokid because it was the only place I could find the footring for sale online in SG. The purchase process was typical. Delivery took longer than generally expected and there is no email update or any other notification as to when the delivery date will be. Nonetheless, this is not unusual for the independent online shops that don't sell through the bigger platforms. What was truly irritating though, was the number of email requests I kept receiving asking for reviews BEFORE I even receive the product. One request is one thing, but I must have received at least three such requests. There were disclaimers in the emails saying I may receive these requests for feedback prior to actually receiving the products but that is really just a cop-out from a customer service perspective. And it irritated me enough to come here to write about it. The item itself is exactly what I need to make my chair comfortable, and it was easy enough to install without having to take the entire chair apart. So I am happy with the purchase, just not the purchase experience. If I'm just reviewing the purchase alone, this would have been a 4 or 5 star review.
