Avoid at all costs — completely dishonest and unresponsive
Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs. Their website is poorly maintained and deceptive; they actively advertise stock and models they don't actually have. It took them nearly two weeks just to inform me that the item I ordered was out of stock. To make matters worse, they received my returned item over a month ago, and since then, there has been total radio silence. They have completely ignored all of my messages, provided absolutely no updates, and are withholding my refund. This is an incredibly dishonest business with nonexistent customer service. Look elsewhere.

Totally inefficient
Totally inefficient, the purchase was made according to availability on the website, since the purchase 22 days without response and then they say there is no product, then automatically should make a refund of funds but we are almost at the end of the month and no response. I do not recommend it! Look for another provider that takes its customers seriously.
Those kletties are of bad quality
Those kletties are of bad quality. 1 of the Kletties had been spoiled upon receiving the bag. The remaining Kletties spoilt on the 2nd day of use.

The seller kept quiet for 2 weeks after I placed my order and only when I chased, they told me they are still waking for shipment. I waited for another week and still no bag. I told them I want to cancel. Been a week and still no refund. Terrible seller with no ethics. DO NOT BUY from them.

I bought an item on your website. Your staff reached out half way to tell me that it’s no available and none of the other designs are available. When I asked why they were listed on your website, she said the website is not updated. She said she can send me alternative models on WhatsApp but never did. What a waste of time.

My order was placed on March 7th. I’ve sent multiple emails checking in on the shipping info but heard nothing back. It’s March 21st today and I have no idea when I’ll receive my order. Terrible experience!
Table lack of edge stopper and Poor quality school bag
1)I ordered two tables(same model), one of the table does not have a plastic edge stopper ;2) the school bag i bought for my son, one of the shoulder buckle was gone during the first week of use, so he could not use this function anymore, what made me unhappy was that i went to the shop for a solution on 16Mar, sales lady's attitude was that i did not use it in a propper way instead of apology for the quality.....i did not want to argue as i just want to fix the bag for my son, she promised would get back to my on Mon(17Mar), today is Thur (20Mar), i have not heard a single word or call. I am not happy with the service provided of your front line service staff, they are not passionate and professional. I bought the first table from your outlet in 2020, now are the second and third ones, we deserve better customer service support with the price we paid and the loyalty we contributed over the years.
Improvements
My kid loves the bag which gives her the back support she needs. The only issue that we faced in Singapore is that there isn’t many accessories available for us to purchase. I tried to buy online but the delivery is only catered to Europe. I hope to see some changes like making accessories available in Singapore or the availability to delivery to Singapore when order online.

I still have not received my package after ordering it for >2 weeks.
No info on delivery
I had to call Ergokids twice to ask when is my delivery after more than 3 weeks waiting time, just to get the same answer that they will let me know soon.

Ergokid sent the product as ordered and the product (new castor wheels for my chair) are great. However delivery took a long time (over 2 weeks) and there were no interim communications and no response to my request for an update on delivery.
