This is THE best online shopping experience I have EVER had in my entire life. I had placed an order for a Häg Capisco chair in the late morning and it was delivered on the same day in the early afternoon! A perfect product within a few hours! I used the chat function on the site and received an immediate response which fully answered my query and reassured me that my chair will be delivered fully assembled. Ergokid went above and beyond my expectations! Thank you Ergokid for being so amazing! I highly recommend Ergokid!
They are not reliable and u might be getting a display set afterall
I ordered a Hag Capisco PULS 8020 on 10-10-2021 on the phone thru WhatsApp with this shop. They confirmed the order and asked me to pay immediately before they can issue an invoice. Considering they are a shop located in Wheelock, Orchard Road, I proceed to pay them via Paynow. Moments later, they said the chair would be delivered on 12/10/2021 and they sent me an invoice for that. On the afternoon of 12/10/2021, Ergokids called me to inform that the model I purchased is OUT OF STOCK and asked me to change to another colour else wait for next month perhaps the stock will come. I had considered terminating this deal but because I needed this chair for work and the price was on offer, I chose to pick up another colour on their website. Then they said there is stock for that model but can’t deliver now or the next day. So I went on to cancel the deal and asked for a refund. Shortly after, they came back to me saying they can deliver it the next day. And I accepted the offer again. Now after a few hours into the same evening, some guy named Edward from Ergokids called and asked me to confirm the order again! He demanded and I mean it, he was rude, spoke in a demanding manner and asked if the accessory which was a foot ring I had separately ordered, was white or black. I had ordered Silver. And he goes on to say that there is only white or black. At this point, I simply lost it and asked him to go and visit his shop website. There is Silver. Then he abruptly said oh it’s white silver! I know, if u were me u would probably end this and cancel the deal. However, I gave them a chance. So they say to deliver the next day which is 13/10/2021. Guess what? The shop emailed me on 12/10/2021 shortly after Edward’s call in the evening, and stated that the new chair is also fully assembled and was used in a photoshoot but in mint condition and asked if it’s aright to send to me! How can the chair be new when it was used in a photoshoot??? I had terminated the purchase and asked for a refund. This was the most awful experience I ever had consider the value of this item is not a $90 but a $900 chair! Beware shoppers. This shop is not reliable. Checkout their website now, this chair is still retailing but it’s priced higher now! Deal with them at your own risk!
I am very disappointed in this service. I ordered my items on July 15th 2021. It is now September 27th 2021 and I have not yet received my items. I am continuously receiving emails in which I am reminded to review my products, which I haven't even received yet. I sent emails and only the first one has been responded too. I spent a couple hundred dollars on a purchase I haven't even received and am not able to get in contact with anyone. This is terrible.

The Capisco is stylish and unusually shaped. But don’t be fooled by its look. It’s incredibly fun and comfortable. The low base makes it extremely stable and you can recline very leisurely!
The ergo backpack is suitable for my P1 child as it is sturdy, spacious and has practical internal compartments and pockets. The straps are easy to adjust and the bag is comfortable. However, the decorative decals with Velcro came apart within weeks. Would have been nice to have them last longer. Hence, the 4-star rating.
