I was checking my bank balance when I saw a charge that I didn't recall placing. Once I saw it, I immediately went to the SPARTAN web site to request cancellation. I was told it could take up to 48 hours for someone to get back to me but, lo and behold, 10 minutes later your service representative, Joan, sent an email to me stating that the order was cancelled and a refund was being processed. I am completely satisfied with this transaction.

After stumbling for two weeks of different portals I was able to resolve an overstock of one SKU .Tried and tried numerous ways to resolve until finally the Spartan team understood what was going on and matter was resolved early thi morning . I tried a 3 bottle package of Spartan shampoo and on one of the bottles, the dispenser plunger would not open. I contacted customer support and was asked to send a picture of the bottle.
