Although I did not receive my product due to myself making a cancellation, the customer service was friendly and efficient in dealing with my situation and provided me with a full refund. The experience buying in AlphaInfuse is great, very different than in other similar stores. The person that took care of me really heard me and that made me trust the company. I told her I didn’t want to start a subscription because I was going to start using the product I’m 6 weeks and she didn’t push me, the said we can wait for my next order. I have had so bad experiences trying to stop subscriptions that I didn’t apply for. And here I just was happy with this different attitude. I had placed an order accidentally whilst looking into the product. I then emailed the customer support team and was responded to instantly. A very helpful member of the support team (Victoria) consulted me, cancelled the order and issued a refund in a matter of minutes. had to pay additional taxes and documentations for my order 291355 to spain and it is still stucking on the boarders! Delivery in total more then 3 weeks. so when you try for 1 month its wasted time to containue because you need 1 more Month for delivery :-)
This product is still yet to do nothing after using for 3 months. They also continue to charge your account months after cancelling your subscription. They don’t reply to any emails either making it harder to reach them

We didn't receive any further response from you after our last email, but we're still here and happy to assist if you need anything.

My recommendation, after 2 weeks visible changes on the scalp. I have been using it for 3 months and the difference is huge, a large number of new hairs. I have no intention of stopping using it.
