Quick response
I was checking my bank balance when I saw a charge that I didn't recall placing. Once I saw it, I immediately went to the SPARTAN web site to request cancellation. I was told it could take up to 48 hours for someone to get back to me but, lo and behold, 10 minutes later your service representative, Joan, sent an email to me stating that the order was cancelled and a refund was being processed. I am completely satisfied with this transaction.
