Helpful Staff and Good Product
Staff was very helpful and informative. Highly recommended the bag as it really distributes the weight and helps in posture and heavy school bag.

Great product
Great product. Delivery person was very polite and good to work with. The chair is fun to sit and encourages active sitting. Be mindful this is not a "comfortable chair" and not meant for lounging!

Impressed by your customer service
Global shipping delays have caused a delay in me getting my bags. But your staff has won me over with good customer relating skills. Thank you for keeping me updated and doing all you can to ensure that I get my bags before my holidays. Top notch customer service! I am particular about the ergonomic bags I get for my kids. We used moonrock before this. Receiving Satch—my kids love their new bags. Designs are really beautiful and of good quality. We will definitely get our bags from you in future. Thank you for making my shopping experience a pleasant one.
