"outage" delaying shipment
I ordered two weeks ago. They are having an "outage" and have no idea when it will be fixed and when my order will ship. They are not upfront about this on their site. Interestingly, new positive reviews dated as recently as today are on their site. So, the "outage" isn't having an impact there.
