Son scooter front wheel motor went on his e scooter customer service said they'll send a new wheel never heard off them again they ghost your emails, my other son had a e scooter and the stem broke at the base guess what no reply from customer service got to be undoubtedly the shittest company iv come across, oh and if theres any good reviews you must of taken the money they offer for good reviews, if you know you know, this happen a year ago and its still on going

I'd give alot less then 1 stsr but the option isn't there, AVOID this company they'll take your money and won't honour the warranty, my son bought an ES 80, at first they where helpful new throttle was sent, the motor stopped working was sending new wheel never turned up emails ignored and excuses, so wrote it off, Against my wish he bought another 2025 model ES 80 two months fork snapped on the foot plate again excuses can't see invoice picture resend can't see photos resend, and now no reply, and these 5 star ratings you get an incentive after you purchase a scooter a % of cost back in your bank account and a discount code for your next purchase , there won't be another purchase , PLEASE PLEASE, so not buy off these people, cheap for a reason, save up and buy a ebike because if you buy from these guys you'll surely be out of pocket we were twice, thanks avovopro my autistic child saved up for his scooter it was his way of getting out some independence as he can't travel on public transport,
