Prolonged inverter claim
I have been told by an emergency solar tech my converter is toast after losing power late one night.A large boom noise was coming out of the switch board when trying to turn on as well.This callout was a/h and was over 400 bucks.Contacted sunboost who asked for photos and electricians report.Havent heard from them for a week .Very hot ,bills just climbing every day.I emailed again and got a response with all these electrical readings needed and to be photographed.They now expect me to get another sparky out for this?? Another 300 bucks min.As it stands It is going to be cheaper for me to get my own inverter .Is this why they prolong it?And why dont they demand sunboost check the inverter. Dont want another growatt product.
