Very slow. Item arrived at KL Service point on 15 April and still not move out from there at all. Are you sleeping on the job?

Website tracking says Delivered but did not received anything.
Checked on the tracking website today and somehow it showed my order item is delivered but I did NOT received anything today!! No one answered the phone and now I don't know what happen to my item. No professionalism at all. I don't mind waiting if you need for another day for delivery but what the hell did u put as delivered and NO delivery was made at all?
