Extremely poor customer service support (Citilink staff don't even bother to revert on status update despite numerous emails had been sent). Greatly disappointed given that Citilink courier ended-up way slower than normal postal company. It's already more than a month but items still not yet reach the receiver (Citilink's tracking page only reflect partial status).
