Item not delivered and all they can say is too bad
They say they sent a package but I never received it and the shipping company won’t help. Why send jewelry worth several hundred dollars without insurance and without helping their customers solve a delivery problem. This is an unreliable company do not buy from them. Blaming the purchaser is always easiest of course I’ve checked with neighbours. Who leaves a package in a doorstep middle of the day. Ever hear of porch pirates. The delivery company won’t contact me either perhaps the took it. Regardless I paid for jewelry never received and will follow up with my credit card
