Bambu Labs branded Filament,
I guess we’ll start with the positives: - The filament was cheap. - When it actually prints properly, the quality appears to be good. -my Bambu labs printer is outstanding Now for the negatives: - Shipping was slow and didn’t arrive within the expected timeframe. - The biggest issue is the filament tangling. 3 out of the 3 rolls I’ve used have tangled, sometimes badly enough to ruin an entire print. - Bambu Lab’s customer service could also be better. I advised them of the issue with the rolls, but they want me to prove there’s a problem by taking photos/videos of the filament tangling. Apparently I’m supposed to wait until it tangles and potentially ruins another print just so I can record it happening. I’ve had filament tangle in the past, usually with cheaper brands, but it’s always been a rare occurrence. 3 out of 3 rolls from Bambu Lab having the same issue is simply unacceptable. I expected much better from Bambu Lab filament.
