I was at first very pleased
I was at first very pleased with the $200 discount on my meds and the idea of having 3 months shipped together. I also appreciated being able to contact someone for assistance when needed. Once I qualified for the Bridge program with Medicare, I called to cancel my Direct Meds script. When I did that, I found out that I could have been getting EVERY MONTH discounted to $109, down from the $399 I was paying, but I had to request a coupon or discount. I do not recall ever being told there was such a possibility or I certainly would have taken advantage of that. I think this is a VERY poor way of doing business. I thought I was getting THE BEST deal that Lily Direct or Direct Meds could offer, but apparently "buyer beware" is still in play. Because of this, I do not intend to recommend this service to anyone. I am sorry to say that, but I do not believe this is a good practice in patient care.
