Customer service is horrible They promise delivery dates and the day you are supposed to get what you paid for, it is still in China. The lady from customer service told me they often have to re-make orders because it doesn’t pass quality inspection... meaning clients pay for poor quality management! Speaking of polr quality, the boxers I received are not true to size and are very cheap considering the price! Wont order from them ever again
