Order 6 Months in Advance
I am only giving them 2 stars because the product (when it finally arrived) was exactly what I ordered. However, when I ordered my husband his Valentine's Day gift 2 weeks before Valentine's Day, I was under the impression (due to what they were advertising on the site) that I would recieve it before then. That was not the case. I could not track the package using the link they sent me as it said my package did not exist and when I tracked it via USPS, I was told it was picked up by a third party delivery service called HYSAN LLC, which did not have a tracking system of its own. When I emailed Santa Socks with my concern, I was met with an automated reply that was just a copy/paste of their shipping policy, that stated an 8-15 day ship time. Needless to say, if you want to order from them, do so at your own risk. It is now February 26th and the package just arrived. It's been almost a month.
