I got distracted when I was getting ready to leave from one of our cruise-ins and I forgot to secure my hood pins on my street rod and drove off. By the time I shifted into second gear I got a harsh reminder of what I had forgotten to do when the hood came up and slammed into my windshield. Needless to say I was absolutely sick about it and completely disgusted and disappointed with myself for doing something so dumb. Hagerty treated me with kindness and concern and never once made me feel like the idiot that I was and they took care of my claim from start to finish and now my car is actually better than it was before I forgot my pins. I’ve been with Hagerty for years and am very glad of it. I’m hoping to continue to be with them for many many more years to come!!
