Amazing product, excellent customer support team
Writing this review to thank John, Jesse and the team at BARE cases for their wonderful customer support. First of all, the product is fantastic and of high quality. The case is thin, minimal and definitely clear which was up to my expectations! When I first received the product I thought there was a defect on the product because there were air bubbles in the case and I reached out to their customer support team. John handled my inquiry and politely informed me that there was actually a protective film on the case which I didn't notice. It was the film that had the air bubbles and not the phone case. Thank you to John for that! A few weeks later, I accidentally dropped my phone at the bus stop, resulting in large dent on the edge of the cover (the bus stop floor was tiled with jagged pebbles). I was extremely sad as I was about to leave the country 2 days later and wanted a replacement for my beautiful case. That is when I reached out to their support team to request for an expedited order of the product because a normal delivery will not be able to deliver in time. The request was handled by Jesse. I was prepared to pay for the new product since I genuinely enjoyed the case and the cause of the dent was my own doing - to my surprise - Jesse offered a free replacement of my product which made me so touched. I paid for the alternative grabexpress delivery which I was totally fine with that since it was my fault in the first place, and now the new replacement cover has been safely delivered to me! Jesse, thank you so much for going out of your way to provide an alternative solution to my special request and getting it delivered before my flight. Really super appreciative of your amazing customer service and you've just made me a loyal customer who would recommend this product to friends and family! BARE cases is more than just a phone case ad on instagram. It delivers in all aspects - quality of product, and impeccable customer service. Words can't describe how thankful I am to you all.
