Matt was a HUGE help in solvinf a problem i had with my DR chipper. Instead of gettimng a sale for having me bring in the unit, he spend time on the phone with my troubleshooting and giving me suggestions on what to try next. His advice was spot on and my chipper now works perfectly. Glad I found him and he'll get all my business from now on. Very honest and professional and extremely willing to help you!~
