After discovering that I had made a major mistake with my order upon receiving it, I immediately contacted the company and although it took some time to rectify the issue, I found them to be very professional and with a personal touch in their communication with me. They kept me updated without me having to chase up and were genuine in their concern as to my satisfaction with the outcome. Well done and thank you BrowPro.
