Order didn’t come for Xmas/poor communication
I ordered Xmas gifts on December 14th. The site said they would be in time for Xmas. There was a Covid shut down and I was assured my items would come soon. There was no communication beyond that, nothing came, and my daughter didn’t have two of her Xmas gifts. If I’d been told they wouldn’t come or how long they expected it to take to arrive, that would have been ok but to leave us sitting there to wonder isn’t fair.
