Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. I ordered leggings while shipments were being halted until later that month. Ok cool, I can wait. Then the date where they said shipments will proceed came, my order did not get shipped. A try to email them and they take weeks to respond. And they still had not sent out my order. Finally demanded a refund and they didn’t even refund the full amount. What the heck! That’s on them that they couldn’t get their shipments together, not me!
