Please don't bother sending the order and send me a refund. After seeing 60+ 1 Star Reviews on Trustpilot on the same issue of delay and bad customer support, I can't be bothered to go back and forth with you by email. Order was made 7 days ago saying 1-3 business days, 3 days after that delay, then I cannot track with my tracking number saying: "Order found, Your order #109970 has been received but tracking information isn't available yet. Please check back later for updates." Flying out of the country for a competition so I will anyways have to find an alternative. Cost me more money of my piece of mind than just getting a refund. Also less costly for you to ship and then return shipping. Please confirm the refund here or by email and that the order is canceled. Thank you
