Dye didn’t work. TERRIBLE customer service!!
I read the reviews and people have said it was really good so I decided to give it a go. I chose the colour that I wanted (which was to go lighter) but when I did the dye (and followed the instructions to a T) my hair barely changed colour, in fact someone even told me my hair looked darker which is the complete opposite of what I wanted. So I have contacted my colourist when I log in on the website, I’ve contacted them TWICE and still heard absolutely nothing. Customer service is terrible.
