order cancelled promptly
I had ordered this item by mistake as I was trying to see if my delivery address was acceptable. sure enough this order went through. so I wrote to them to cancel this order which they promptly did. last week I have been trying to order the BP10 bag but it declines the delivery address. its funny how I can order a tripod but I cannot order a bag. As per Ulanzi reply that the bag is out of stock is not true as I had several emails to them and their reply was that the logistics partner cannot ship to my address. But any other item can be shipped. Does not make sense. There was another person who had the same issue as he wrote in FB comments. Any way it’s ok. Their products are good at least the ones I have previously ordered some years ago.
